caps is considered shouting….. its also hard to read…if you want some decent responses i'd suggest editing your post and removing the caps.

i'll leave this for the pros however if you dont already know to move the property into a trust you'll be up for stamp duty, plus any legal/loan fees.. which may put you off the idea altogether.

I used serviceseeking.com.au a few weeks back to get quotes on some plumbing work. Out of the 3 people that attended, 2 were help and gave decent quotes, 1 was a total time waster.the good thing about sites like above, is the contractors contact you… so you just place your job add and wait..

thanks very much guysso i could then pass income to my SMSF (paying on 15%, but of course I won't have access to the money until i retire)if i trade shares/forex/etc through another company, i can then pass income to them (which can be offset by any losses i had that year).sounds like a DFT is really the way to go.

am i right in thinking i can also add a company as a beneficiary..
