I’m going through this at the moment and I’ve gone with a reputable agent. their fee is $600 which gets you everything up to the first annual general meeting. This is for a duplex in the hunter valley region.

Electrical work $4000 to $6000 for a basic fitout with 1 light fitting per room and standard gpo’s. Add $50 per point for downlights, ceiling fans, extra gpo,s ect.
