Hi,
I read a lot, talk to people in the industry a lot, listen to all the good, bad and ugly about so called “mentor”, “coach”, “expert”. I learnt a lot over the years.
There is no right or wrong way to invest in property.
A lot of time, I found it’s just “common sense”, not the “rocket science”.
Just get on realestate.com find a property…[Read more]scha9799 started the topic How to buy property in QLD ? in the forum Help Needed! 10 years ago

In terms of the process, how to purchase a property up in QLD ?
Sorry, it sounds like a silly question….

Make sure you have loan or finance in place…. but I guess this also apply in other place not only Sydney
Maybe give us an example what you want to buy or may want to buy, then we can help you figure out what to look out for.
As Jamie said the question is too broad, it’s hard to answer it…….><

I had similar kind of experience. I chased up the agent for the rent which they didn’t pass on to me for months !!!!
What I did was, call the agent everyday ( serious ) and email them everyday. give them a deadline.
Also tell them before this deadline if they don’t pass on all the rent to you. you will report to the Fair Trading office.Must…[Read more]

Hi Engelo,
Honestly, I prefer the camera and video you are doing right now !!
Too many agents and marketers focus on pretty video and camera, they forgot about a real deal is the property&number itself !
Focus on deals, don’t worry about the expensive camera.
Rock on ! young man !
