Hi Friends: When my property is being managed by one REA, can I approach other REAs to give me an assessment and apprisal about the selling price? If so, what is my obligation about informing my property manager? What is the due process of selling the property through a different REA? Your advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Demkel for your input. I am talking about an investment property I want to buy. Not sure about the height of the stumps. Is there any disadvantage?

    Hi Sharif

80% for a Non Resident is available but he will need evidence of income to support the serviceability.

Thanks Richard.  I will ask my friend to get in touch with you. Sharif

Thanks. If a bid lower than the price range, is there still a chance of succeeding?

    Hi again!
I have done some research. One can lease land out to FEA at a rate of $350/hector/year for 15 -20 years lease. Do any one of you have any idea what has been the trend of growth in price of these kinds of Tasmanian rural properties?

Thanks Angela. Homeprice.com is showing a 10 years prediction of 20% yearly growth in Burnie. Seems a bit over optimistic. What do you think? Can the same thing be said about the ex-housing commission homes?
