    Hi All,

D Wolfe – Yes it was great meeting you at the conference, you've always got good advice. I'm going to keep 'plugging away'. I really see opportunity in options and leading into development. Yes I'm still very enthusiastic towards financial freedom and property. Apartment blocks would work for sure. It's all about mastering a techniques for any strategy. I may have to invest in some knowledge and experience to get there.

It's frustrating to hear bad things about an organisation I have invested the minimal amount of cash I have into. I think all the intel is awesome and like I have said am really happy with it. I'll have to try and balance the negative comments so it doesnt ruin my motivation and plan.

Wealth4life – Your posts used to speak well of Massland but now have taken a big turnaround. Whats the reason behind this? Do you believe that one can make a go of options with the information provided from Mark's homestudy kits, the 3 day conference and proposed '12 months coaching'? You used to state that.

Im looking for a bit of positivity from someone that seems to know the situation. I dont mind paying the cash if there is definate success potential if you take the correct steps, mindset and approach.

    Thanks,

    Sash.

    Hi Thanks,

I guess it would have been nice to know earlier. So far Im happy with Massland and Im sure that I can get my money's worth from the homestudy packs and the workshop. If I slip into a negative mindset about the whole experience I wont be able to enjoy it. Staying positive is the key to my motivation.

Have you or anyone else done the through http://www.realestateedu.com.au/? Can you confidentally reccommend putting up the cash for what they have to offer? I will do both, i dont mind.

    Thanks.

    Wow, quite a opinionated thread..

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. It was some time ago these posts commenced so I would like to hope that any 'problems' had been addressed.

Im going to the 3 day training work shop at the end of the month and cannot wait. Yeah I can see Mark looks like he is impatient, an amazing salesman and loves money but his intel on property is extremely impressive.

I think the whole JV deal is a bit stiff on our behalf. Im still undecided that one.

I think options can work, Im sure it is harder than he makes out but like everything, you get back what you put in. Im plan on starting small with the 'splitter' approach (optioning a property, subdividing and onselling 12-18 months later). I reckon that if I speak to 5 people a week either found through realestate.com or not, you'd think that atleast 1 person in 6 months would be open to receving more for the property in return for time…

I will keep people posted on how it goes. So far dealing with Massland hasnt been too bad at all. Time will tell.

    Thanks for your repy's.

I think its safe to say: WE ALL LOVE YOU STEVE! Thanks again.

DWofle – Pleasure meeting you in person, I enjoy your posts always so I was quite amused randomly sitting next to you. I get your point regarding 'they all are the same after a few'. I was really just happy to take part in such an event and be amongst the atmosphere of like minded people. I guess yes being young havnt experienced it before. I was exstatic after each day!

About the property options, Mark did sell it and was trying to sell every person that spoke to him post any of his presentations. It was a toss up between him and Carly. He gave me the time of day and let me negotiate my own package and price. Very pumped for it.

The most important thing to me however was that my mindset was changed, I am now inspired to step up to the plate. I know what I want and dont want.

Going back to work was rather depressing. More of a reason I've taken a risk now to shorten the gap to financial freedom.

    Peace in the middle east.

    WOW!

Sorry to burst the negative bubble guys, I cant share your same opinion. I went with someone i barely knew and now we are good mates, we live in the same area, now have someone I can speak to with the same mindset as me. I honestly feel that it was the BEST thing I have ever done for my self confidence and education. I absolutley LOVED every minute of it! I would especially like to thank Steve. He is a cool headed, generous person. He and his team did a great job. Yeah people were selling their formulas to success. Yes I didnt think that there would be that much 'selling'. But the 3 major themes were: Self education/mentoring, financial freedom and self edcuation. The speakers were selling thier secrets to success. I would do the same if I were them.

It was such an eye opener for me. I now have a clear mind and know what I want and most importantly what I DONT want. I'm trying out the property options system and cant wait.

I hope thier are others that feel the same way as I do.

    Regards,

    Sash

    Thankyou all for your posts.

Fword – I understand it may appear a liability. I am awaiting DA approval for subdivision.

It's a good sized block. Why not try for Dual Occupancy?

The project is far from complete but so far I'd advise that if you dont have knowledge in this field; the people were easy to deal with and were helpful with questions along the way. I will keep people updated especially when it comes to the the verdict and money back guarantee (hopefully not touch wood).

Gee I feel bad living in Melbourne and some are travelling from Sydney. I'm sure it will be worth it. There will be so much info available and I believe you can choose what you want to learn about – dedicated courses to different investing techniques. I too have a spare ticket if anyone needs one.

It would be interesting to meet a few faces from this site.

Ok thanks. Yeah the profit if i can get approval is great potentially $100k + value after construction and would make both properties +cf.

Was just curious to see if i had been ripped a new one or not…

mattnz: Yes we have discused your 5 points pretty well. It's all up to council and the antichrist/bank.

    Cheers

Try Frankston. Alot of good things happening down there infrastructure wise. Last affordable beachside suburb in Melbourne pretty much. You could maybe even pick up something on a large block with future development possibilities. That is what I have done.

Thats good to hear. But do you think continuing interest rate rises will turn people away? Or do you think increasing LVR's to 95% will balance this out?

    Thanks

What about a 95% lvr with the CBA to construct a townhouse in the backyard of an existing IP @ 90% lvr?
