Hi you guys things are looking good so far just nerve wrecking and very scared…..question….the person that sells the apartments before they are finished the preconstruction….does that person need to be a realtor or broker or can it just be anyone that has experience in this? What is a good profit for investors as far as in percent per year…if the project takes 3 years to finish and they invested lets say $100,000.

I did my numbers before buying and it was right and very worth it…..but I wanted to double check and make sure I was on target…..Because I am new…I am learning and I just want someone to point me in the right direction with a good profit percent and compare that to what I had worked out ……
