Here’s a really simple test…
Firstly, let me tell you about Quang…

He knows if he is caught ( or even suspected of )doing this, he faces a protracted and sadistic punishment where one can only hope death comes quickly.
Is it worth the risk for two eggs, an ounce of sugar and half a bottle of disinfectant?

Spot on![thumbsup2] I also wonder how many of these so called “sports hero creators” know the name of the person who invented penicillin and saved millions upon millions of lives?
So what, you can swim 200m 100th of a second quicker than the next guy? Mankinds priorities are all mixed up if you ask me. Why dont they swim off to some 3rd world nation and burn up some calories by ploughing some feilds to grow ric, at least contribute in some way for humanity.

It sounds like the old term of the grass being greener.
I followed my mum’s advice and got a trade, “Automotive Vehicle Refinisher” classy term for spraypainter. It would have to be one of the most toxic filthy underpaid jobs on the planet.
At any given time I can pick up the paper and choose from as many positions as I can poke a stick at.
I hear my plumber mates whine and roofers etc etc we all do, its not pretty work. Like many other I left my trade and spread my wings. I obtained more qualifications in the building game.
But the one thing that holds it all back can be specified in 2 areas for lack of skilled tradesmen, No (1 is red tape for obtaining a license, in NSW you even need one to erect a friggin fence! This is due to all the 2) shonks, but having a piece of paper that say’s “I am a fully qualified xyz” means jack to me!
There are so many people out there who would love to get into sub-trades but it is too tough.
Look at my circumstances; I erected colorbond carports & patios for many years, working as an un-licensed sub-contractor underneath a dude who was licensed with a supervisor’s certificate. Tell me how could he supervise 5 organizations in 3 states with over 20 subbies????
When I left these guys after 5 years and tried to get my own fully-fledged installers license what do you think the dept of (Un) Fair trade told me?
WE need references!!! How could I get a reference of these guys? With a summons?
Gee, I wonder why there is a lack of tradies in every industry???

A good freind of mine has done quite a few courses witht them, and one of his mates helps run the show (no pay) I beleive Anthony Robbins does the same to soem extent.
Cult? Well yeah I guess if you are suseptable to that sort of thing, no worse than some preist getting you to empty your pockets for the new church or what ever.
Like most people looking for a buck they prey on the weak. my mate enjoyed it and stopped at the level he thought was needed for him, no pressure but I guess it must be a bit like a franchise or commision based performance and there must be some operators that are more selly selly than others.
My advice? Be good to your mum, be good to your dog and read a nice story book:-)

My best freind? My laptop! I am on the road 300 days a year, I take my DVD’s and set up the Infinity speakers for a good night in at the motel room! Its like having your own movie theatre at your feet so to speak.
I use it as my mobile office for sure. If i forgot my lappy it would be like loosing my first born[blink].
You cant depend on the motel lines so I go mobile. In city centre’s there are hot spots popping up all over the place it is truly amazing to witness what is coming…information overload, its awesome!!I also use wireless with the http://www.three.com.au deal 500meg transfer for $99 cap as well as the motorola A925 (what a phone/pda/gprs/TOY!
Now that you have me started did you know that Intel has already introduced nano technology to their new processors? By 2006/2007 we will all be using a minimum 10ghz processing chipset!!!!woohoooooooooooooo

As long as your getting a 15% return minimum, and how many pokies are there and is it freehold?
My mates brought a Pub in Sydney for 5.1 mil, it had around 20 machines and the money laundering was going off like a bunga! Greta return on their investment. Pubs are great if you hook the right one, and have a great relationship with a very freindly banker. Never lease, only buy freehold.
