    HLGuy, thanks for the reply. Yeah i myself had a
    feeling this one would be a tougie but not that
    impossible to pull it off for the better.

    ISP? wow, looks great the site and services you
    provide? what well known area can you get you
    dialup/satellite/dsl in? just askin. im from

    anyone use PC based budget programs? like Simply
    Budgets etc? any other progs out there?

    thanks gocats. yeah well i saw this info in an
    pay off you mortgage in 5 years / save intrest
    on you home loan, type of books…. i guess they
    say a lot of out there stuff to sell their books,
    even though the practices may only work sometimes.

    Depends how you look at it, coz I think the book
    is titled OK and I have no problems with it.

    Now a days (mid to late 2003) it is almost impossible
    to find any property that fits the 11 second rule
    probably becuase so many people are into Real Estate
    buying – renting – selling at the moment.
    How about others out there, any luck?

    Upper Coomera tends to be a bit cheaper but not
    sure about Rental income and how they compare to
    Average Gold Coast rates.

    Noddies, yeah I thought bout it in Armidale
    and also in Toowoomba. Like get a house put
    locks on each door for safety. Put some basic
    working furniture, TV, computer, fridge (and
    insre them incase students run-a-muck). Any
    hints more ideas bout this type of thing?
    Has anyone done similar before? Cheers.

    reason i wanted to do stat / score sheet was so
    that we can all get an idea of what eveyone else
    does and how to help each other improve. NOT to

    1:50am in Aus (Thursday). yeah can’t sleep.
    where in London? man i would love to watch a
    live english premier league match sometime, having
    never left Aus ever. hehehe
