Yes Lulu, L.A.Aussie has given you great advice i would listen to it get the Robert Kiyosaki books and perhaps audio tapes and courses aswell especially choose to be rich, it will teach you many valuable lessons but more than anything i would recommend Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill this book is the most important book i have ever read. Then armed with your new knowledge go out and find experts in fields inwhich your are not who will help you with your financial decisions. I wouldnt pay anyone $3000 to help me invest before i understood investments myself quite sufficiently. Happy Investing

I cannot recommend i financial planner in your area however i simply recommend you go and ask around who is the best in your city since every serious investor needs one who is an expert in fields in which they are not, investing is a team sport believe me and anyone who says that you do not need a team of people around you is not a multi multi millionare. Happy investing

I would look at earning a passive income elsewhere outside of property firstly and then again invest in the property market. Happy Investing

I looked into Mark Rolton myself some time ago and i cannot give you any information to dis-credit him however i find it ludacris to pay so much for a 3-month workshop when there are so many great books out there on property investing. If i was you my friend i would ask myself what it is i truly want in life and if investing in property is going to get me there. Personally i dont see investing in property as the way to go for most people sure we should all have 5 or 10 properties to our name for security but there are so many better ways of making money in this modern world without the need of borrowing money. Too many people seek to invest in shares or property but not in themselves the way i see it people should first look to enlarge their income before rushing to invest with the little they have. Please be aware that i am not intending to dis-credit anyone in any way with my comments i am just sharing my opinion and i wish everyone the best of luck with whatever field they choose to make their millions and i hope you all do it with passion[grad]

I had trouble applying the secret at first but everyday i feel more and more intune with myself and i credit alot of the change that has taken place in my life to the secret however i find that the dvd doesnt give the complete picture to some people and for those people who have seen it and think its rubbish i believe they havent understood the implementation of the secret thoroughly. They say the greatest victory in life is the victory over yourself many people havent the correct mindframe to overcome the barriers they have placed upon themselves throughout their lives. If i had known the secret as a 15 year old i would have been a multi-millionare by now i know that because back then i had ideas for certains inventions which people have now made marketed and profited immensely from but i say this to you all as my witnesses i will retire at the age of 32 with a residual income and a property portfolio around the globe, I among other things am looking for some business partners in all states of Australia NZ and in the USA if anyone is looking to better their lives and become financially independent then feel free to PM me, too everybody who has watched the secret remember to implement the secret to the secret aswell to those that havent viewed or read the secret DO SO!![grad]

Forget about the taxi game ive looked into it while i was driving cabs and its too late to be getting invovled in the returns are low and i suggest its only for someone who wishes to buy themselves a job as a taxi driver and even then i suggest not buying plates just the vechicle and keeping the bests shifts for themselves. Anyway this is a road too take for people with little ambition and i sense that you desire something more in life and i wish you great luck in achieving it[grad]

I see you are extremely interested in making your money work for you i have looked at 21st century in the past and found it wasnt for me however i have found the greatest investment you can make in life is to invest in yourself. If you are interested in earning a residual income on top of what you already do then i will be glad to help no matter what state of Australia you are in i have people which can help you,

Regardless i wish you the best of luck[grad]

I think you should look at the positives rather than the negatives, personally if i wasnt living comfortably i would look to perhaps refinance and look to earn a larger income, i am looking for a few leaders in WA and SA to expand business with you may be interested yourself if not you may know someone who is open to earning a residual income on top of what they already do, regardless i wish you the best of luck Navyboy
