Border Gavaskar trophy is just between Australia and India. It is not the ICC Test cricket champions trophy.

But match was very good! Australian of the Year is now Brett Lee[;)][;)]

    I agree wholeheartedly

Gotta say the Indians did not play in the spirit of the game. They were very obviously trying to slow down the game and hope the rain would become before the 25 overs. The ‘injury’ to Yuvraj was a joke especially when you saw him running later.

As soon as the 25 overs were over, the game sped up dramatically.

Sounds like a good spot to look at. Are you one the Peninsular or are you west of Melbourne.

Go Aussies – World champs in ODI and the test arena. There is no equal.

Thanks – but I am not too sure if Parkes is correct. It shows a decline (not likely) but a 20% increase at the end!

Parkes is not declining and prices have jumped 20% in the last 12 months.

Are you talking about 25 – 30kms from CBD or from metropolitan area?

Leigh would be right for metro area but CBD – you would not find a block.

You obviously don’t live in Sydney yack! My single story, 3 bedroom (two small ones), one and a half bathroom, pool, no spa, no study or movie room, single carport, 20 minutes to beach etc etc is worth close to 7 figures now.

For what you are proposing, in Sydney would be worth close to $2m now and in 5 years – $3-5m who knows?

But I must say I do love the idea.[:D][:D]

Kay – I may be on my way to Canberra on Friday, I will see what happens.

Do you think there will be any worthwhile properties on the way down?[;)]

It would not matter that much as long as the town had multiple industries that employed people and it was growing in size. I think the size of a town is immaterial as long as you do your due diligence thoroughly.
