    Great question Jo.

Now I have one for you.

How many blades of grass do you have in your front lawn?

Seriously, what made you actually do the math on that?

Me ? I’m quite partial to Bundy Black Label Rum. Its almost impossible to find as I think its discontinued, but Im sure with your connections with the Liberal Party Elites you could swing something my way. What do ya reckon Teddy.

    Jerzy my dear lefty

Bundy Black is alive and well. Many bottle shops sell it and if they don’t have it on their shelves, they should be able to get it in for you.

Aged 8 years in oak. Bloody beautiful!

    I do a mixture.

I manage the one in Sydney myself, and have saved about $4,000 in PM fees in two years. I speak to the tenant probably twice a year and his rent is an automatic deduction from his account every month. I just check my account at the beginning of each month to see if it has gone in. He is hardly there and the unit is still in v good condition.

I use a PM in two others that are too far away and my Dad will be PMing one in WA when it is built.

In the two that are self PMed, I just made a deal with an agent to get a tenant. He does all the background checks and paperwork for 1 weeks rent. It is my responsibility after that.

Shame their are no sheep shearing events[laughing]
Half the NZ Olympic Team is made up of people from 4 teams-2 hockey teams and 2 basketball teams.
Is there an Australian Men’s Basketball team?

Yes and it came 4th last Olympics – it lost to France in the bronze medal playoff.

Now as regards the girls who went crab fishing instead of rowing and feel out of their boat, well at least they were able to get back in and finish the race. And they will get a second chance.

I agree, well done and good committment

Not like the Australian America’s Cup yacht that sank into 1000ft of water.

    Don’t remind me[angry2]

Now as regards rugby at the Olympics. The USA won the last Olympic Gold medal way back in 1924. NZ didn’t have a team at those games.
    Rugby was dropped soon after.

Yes it was because the French lost to the USA (player/ coach was an Aussie in 1924), the decided to can it as an event – they could not stand losing to the Yanks.

But I see that Rugby Seven’s may be added in the future.

Oh I hope so, it would give the Fijians, Kiwi’s and South Africans a chance at another gold medal.

    Regards

Only that you could easily buy 2 IP’s in Sydney and have well over $1,000,000 in property in two deals.

It must be very hard to come up with a title that grabs attention of potentials and also explains what the book is about. I’m sure it will work though!

Awesome looking book cover but I’ve got to agree with Yack here a bit.I think something needed to be said about what incomes they had to build the portfolios.

I guess it totally depends on what market you are targeting.

Please don’t take this the wrong way Hotrod, but would you be happy with a $4 million property portfolio that only cost you $1.5 million 5 years ago.

Negative gearing does work you know.

Bernie is just flexing some muscle and showing he is still numero uno in the sport.

There is no way he would make that happen because he would face such a backlash from the British public at a time where Silverstone is going through a rough patch.

Jenson will race for Williams next year, BAR will get over it (maybe Coulthard or heavens forbid Hakkinen) and it will be a cracker of a season IMHO.

Button will be as long as BAR don’t take him to court.

Sounds like Jenson pissed off quite a few people in Britain and BAR.

I read somewhere that at the beginning of the year Sir Frank Williams said that his ultimate team would be Button and Webber. At that stage he knew he would need two drivers for 2005 but had no idea who they could get.

I guess when you have been invloved in F1 for as long as Sir Frank, you get pretty cluey in what is possible and what is just wishful thinking!

Caught ‘The Recruit’ last night on Foxtel.

    That is a great movie.

    Colin Farrel and Al Pacino.

Lots of twists and a great plot.

I can’t remember who but someone on this thread said you can’t win without scoring tries.

    Oh that was me[biggrin]

    Whadaya wanna be?

Such a shame NZ had to resort to such negative tactics such as fringing offside in the first half. When they played within the law in the second half, it was a much better spectacle.

BTW, what was with the ref, I know Andre used to hate George talking to him – is it a black thing?[laughing]

I used to love people doing that! Made me run that little bit harder.

That’s might confident comming from you whose team has only 8 points from two home soil wins.

How about us with 6 points from 1 win at home and two bonus points.

What was that about only needing to win by one point and tries don’t matter?

Lets see how NZ plays away from home.
