    Aerial ping pong of course.

But it’s a much better game to watch than League although you have to see it live. TV gives it no justice.

I agree Chan, you have to weigh up the options and see if the higher interest rate is really worth it.

    For me it wasn’t.

  • Rugbyfan replied to the topic Positive CashFlow in Retirement Village. in the forum General Property 20 years, 8 months ago

Retirement units are referred to as Niche Properties. They are aimed at one particular area of the market therefore banks see them as being risky. Other Niche Properties are holiday houses and caravan parks.

They will only loan about 70% of the value (may depend on which bank you use).

Apart from this website and my own investments, I don’t spend a lot of time on the computer.

I was unaware that it was available in an electronic form.

Might be a bit of fun.

You can’t go past a good touring atlas, I think. They have street by street maps of most of the major towns as well as the major routes.

Spent 12 months around Carnavon working on sheep and cattle stations and in town. My relo’s owned a bit of commercial and residential property in the town.

    Nice relaxing place to live.
