Great question Jo.
Now I have one for you.
How many blades of grass do you have in your front lawn?
Seriously, what made you actually do the math on that?

I do a mixture.
I manage the one in Sydney myself, and have saved about $4,000 in PM fees in two years. I speak to the tenant probably twice a year and his rent is an automatic deduction from his account every month. I just check my account at the beginning of each month to see if it has gone in. He is hardly there and the unit is still in v good…[Read more]

Only that you could easily buy 2 IP’s in Sydney and have well over $1,000,000 in property in two deals.
It must be very hard to come up with a title that grabs attention of potentials and also explains what the book is about. I’m sure it will work though!

Awesome looking book cover but I’ve got to agree with Yack here a bit.I think something needed to be said about what incomes they had to build the portfolios.
I guess it totally depends on what market you are targeting.

Bernie is just flexing some muscle and showing he is still numero uno in the sport.
There is no way he would make that happen because he would face such a backlash from the British public at a time where Silverstone is going through a rough patch.

Button will be as long as BAR don’t take him to court.
Sounds like Jenson pissed off quite a few people in Britain and BAR.
I read somewhere that at the beginning of the year Sir Frank Williams said that his ultimate team would be Button and Webber. At that stage he knew he would need two drivers for 2005 but had no idea who they could get.

I can’t remember who but someone on this thread said you can’t win without scoring tries.
Oh that was me[biggrin]
Whadaya wanna be?
Such a shame NZ had to resort to such negative tactics such as fringing offside in the first half. When they played within the law in the second half, it was a much better spectacle.

That’s might confident comming from you whose team has only 8 points from two home soil wins.
How about us with 6 points from 1 win at home and two bonus points.
What was that about only needing to win by one point and tries don’t matter?
Lets see how NZ plays away from home.
