Also, forgot to mention that apart from Edvico Mortgage Solutions, Mortgage Choice was also very informative. The guy had a good understanding of his products and the broker was very dedicated. He talked as thou he had a passion about home loans and there were many lenders on their list.

I think I have posted somewhere else in this forum about Edvico Mortgage Solutions.

Anyway, just would like to share with all of you (sydney siders) that I find the Repayment Ratecard very useful from Edvico Mortgage Solutions. you can try to visit their webpage http://www.edvico.com.au , email or call them to get one.

I find that their Repayment Rate card is extremely useful (as a quick reference) to use when putting offers to agents because it give me a good indication of what the repayments are. good tool to use when negotiating with agents……thumbs up for me!

Before trusting your agent….(as anyone would do)…I asked many questions on how to structure my investment loan….and tested him with the advice that my financial planner had suggested…in the end, I was very impress with the knowledge he had…. another thumb up for me for.!!!

My comment is: Deal with a broker that you trust and knowledgable….rather than ones that can offer you this and that, just to get your business……coz i personally think that property is a long term investment and if you can lock in a trust worthy broker with good knowledge …. then you're in good shape for building wealth !!!!!!!!
How to distingush the good ones from the bad….i think its a bit of luck and just ask as many questions as you can!.
    good luck
