hi as you guessed it i am also interested.i think it would be good to use as a discussion group where people could throw up ideas or properties they were looking at and the experienced ones could point out the pros and cons.possibly the group could also play the CASHFLOW game, which i have ( but havn’t played yet ) and would be very willing to bring along.maybe at different stages there could be speakers on different [email protected]
