    I know that the area’s in behind Beenleigh eg. Bethania, Waterford, Logan Village are still reasonably priced but not for long….

    If they don’t have Vic offices they will be able to expand on the good will the Qld office has generated!!!

    I have to agree with Casey, I have an IP at Springwood and AIPM were great. VERY professional, did a great job on their website advertising my IP for rent, they even cheerfully reduced their commission % when asked!!!!
    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED[:D]
    Arty…. I got 7.5%, everyone else in my area from 8.5% upwards plus costs…
    Marc….AIPM can be contacted at Springwood on 07 3386 5888, I am sure they can put you in touch with other offices…

    MJK, you have made a great point in saying the main reason investors fail is selling too soon.

    It’s easy to get caught up in the ‘juggling act’ needed to save interest and tax that comes with property investing and sometimes it’s the simple things that get overlooked…
