Which is a better stock market to trade in? US or SIN?
Dubai is a fair option but for our company does not offer deals there because:
1. Finance options not yet mature.
2. Rental market- prices are too high for those living there and supply far outstrips supply
3. Immigration is slowing as prices escalateI feel there are far better places to invest at the moment such as Eatern Europe and Malaysia.
Both options have a Real sustainable indigenous population as well.

Even though Thailand is a great place to visit, I am not sure if the 'investment' market is really there.
Some reason:1. Low leveraging / mortgages.
2. hotels so cheap that holiday rentals are hard to come by.
3. Most of the properties are lifestyle rather than investment.I recommend to research by ysing local agents contacted by his wife.
Finally, and without sounding negative, advise him to ensure that ownership is by both him and his wife and not just her.
Good luck!
