Looking back on it I dont even know how it came to him leaving and all the tension that was on the forum at the time…
Speaking for myself though… when Im retired and a millionare from whatever venture I explore I will generously give of my experience and opinion to thise that ask.
Just like in this forum.
I have learnt a lot from people who have one more property than me, 20 more, 130 more [] or just a different perspective.
I look forward to the day when I can help others who want to know more. Its one of my 3 motivations to wanting abundant wealth.

Im a bit cautious about going to too many seminars, but I read like a maniac.
Reason is I think it is important to find a strategy that suits you and stick to it. Not chop and change whenever the new flavor comes out.
I am building a booklet of prefered strategies to use for a reference when markets change so that I build consitent results into my strategy for long term wealth…
At the moment it looks something like this…

Being 25 I am young enough to see how little I knew about money when I was in School, and also how much more I would have acheived in the past 5-10 years if I had a different education.
Im currently taking action on this as one of my long term goals is to improve the financial education of school leavers, but i honestly believe that the sooner you start the better.

My question is – Why not ditch the Agent!!! Tell them that their service has been poor, they have failed to supply the correct documentation as required by law and therefore the management contract is null and void.
I’d even suggest claiming any expenses from them (in the form of a bill – with a due date etc) caused by their poor handling of the situation just to show them your deadly serious about it.
Chances are that you wont get any money but it will sure as hell make them understand that you are p*ssed off.
Address all corespondence to the principal of the agency – deal only with the principal. The other agents may not even hold an agents licence and therefore not fully understand their legal obligations.
If you live close enough to the IP manage it yourself for a while untill you find a good agent.

What if you set up a credit card account in NZ, have all the IP income put in the trust account. Spend in Australia off the NZ credit card and clear the debt with the income from the trust.
Would that change anything?

Where are you thinking of moving to? How soon?
Do you have a relative that could hold the title of the IP? so you fund it and everything but it is not in your name? (therefore you keep livinh where you are but dont loose any grants/assistance)
Alternatively do you know of anyone else who is looking to buy? If you have a friend who is also interested in buying an IP you could both buy each others IP and rent them of each other – this way you have an IP and a friend for a land lord. Your friend lives in your IP you live in theirs. Caution here tho because one of you might want to move or want out and the other might not be happy with that – it is important to have this drawn up on paper so you can both refer to your obligations etc if a split seems likely.
