Uncertain here. Everything I have read in the past month has had a negative slant on property investing. Opinions seem to be first option is cash in the bank, second option blue chip shares and third is property.

Hi Cyclist, Like you, I read Steve's views and the same question came to my mind. Furthermore, your view on marginal might differ from mine.Your example I would see as not being marginal.
