Some very good tips Jay, unfortunately the more the truth comes to light the angrier and more frustrated I find the whole damn experience.  Anyway, I have filed complaints with Andrew in Florida, now to get onto the Detroit Property Watchdogs, as you mentioned tonight.

Well the best way to sort this out is that Andrew Allan through My USA Property has two A’s in his surname, and the other gentlemen who is obviously a very reputable property person has an E in his surname. Consequently the dodgy subject in question will be addressed as Andrew Allan through My USA Property, to avoid any confusion.

How does that suit?

Unfortunately when someone calls themselves ‘expert’ and say they have great contacts that can be misleading, especially when selling properties in Detroit. Thanks for the advice, yes I should have done more research but basically because the company is poorly run is the main reason I am in this situation. Taking a working holiday is looking more like a viable option now.
