    Hi

I have recently visited these guys and they are charging $4400 to register your interest in options on a land development project.

Currently they dont have any developments and neither have had any as informed by Ric but expect to have one in about 7 weeks.

My solicitors advise was to have the options contract and land offerered for sale professionally evaluated which in fairness to DNA they encourage you to do.

What is a risk is that they want $4400 up front to register your interest, yet they dont have an established track record. I dont wish to tarnish them with the same brush as other property spruikers but if they had faith in the product they should permit you to pay the registration fee when they actually have a land project to offer.

The terms of registration does specify that the $4400 is refundable after 12 months if DNA cannot source a project, the risk here is that if they never source a development project they may not be in a position to reimburse everyones monies.

DNA is liquidated and bye bye money, in my opinion it would be fairer if one of the directors Daryn trembath or Anna Cycon would personally guarantee to reimburse your money or you pay the registraion fee when they have a development to offer.

Its encouraging to see entrepenaurs as all start ups have to start somewhere, Also Anna used to work with Henry Kaye of the infamous National Investment Institute, but it would be unfair to tarnish Anna with the same brush as Henry, I hav3e personally met Anna who seems genuine but you have judge yourself.
