I think this area is going to boom, look at the infrastructure that is there, it already is turning into a great little business centre, i also think the waterfront apartments are great.. do your research though, i am a beach guy by heart but was blown away when i saw the waterfront apartments.

Thanks TerryDoes that mean i could posibly provide my employer with a tax invoice from my family trust for " consulting services" and my employer would write a cheque to the trust for $150,000, i would then bank it. When would my wife and i have to pay the tax man the tax ?
