Hi Richard,Great advice again- in repsonse to your points:1. Something like  xxx family trust?2.I have thought about giving up work and would not until the lender would allow me to borrow on my husbands income solely. I suppose doing analysis of lending capacity on one income may assist in the worst case scencario for future renovation projects.
