I think there was also a promoter “promoting” this type of deal for the buyer..as a seller, check it out- it should only cost about $200 for an independant inspection report if you so desire..
getting a few quotes may cost you zilch and show what real damage is there..
Dazzling as usual IMHO is pretty spot on re his thoughts..
If anyone want free ticket to the WAProperty Expo..PM me..
I’ll post elsewhere..Sooshie..what do you think of the *sticky* idea vetted by a moderator (Steve accused me of posting for profit once so i gotta be careful- and nothing could be futher from the truth )
I (and many others) think there is still room in the market to move upwards, there are still some great areas to buy in, you may just have to look around a bit harder..
There’s still a lot of infrastructure coming for Perth and WA is still on the move..maybe we should be looking at Matusiks.reverse ripple theory in a while?
This fundamentalist Christian couple felt it important to own an equally fundamentally Christian pet. So, they went shopping. At a kennel specializing in this particular breed, they found a dog they liked quite a lot. When they asked the dog to fetch the Bible, he did it in a flash. When they instructed him to look up Psalm 23, he complied equally fast, using his paws with dexterity.
They were impressed, purchased the animal, and went home (piously, of course). That night they had friends over. They were so proud of their new fundamentalist dog and his major skills, they called the dog and showed off a little. The friends were impressed, and asked whether the dog was able to do any of the usual dog tricks, as well. This stopped the couple cold, as they hadn’t thought about ‘normal’ tricks.
“Well,” they said, “let’s try this out.”
Once more they called out to the dog, and then clearly pronounced the command, “Heel!”
Quick as a wink, the dog jumped up, put his paw on the man’s forehead, closed his eyes in concentration, and bowed his head.

WAAPA is at Mt Lawley (expensive) However; Morley is close by and has the large Galleria shopping complex. Dianella,Tuart Hill, Yokine, even Maylands (lots of units, close to river).
The bus goes right to the front door of WAAPA so anywhere is close..
Alexander Drive is the main rd for the area at WAAPA
