1/ I just highlight area with left click of mouse and drag over text.
2/ right click on mouse, select copy
3/ left click on word from toolbar
4/ Paste into word… heck, sometimes i even do this the opposite way to insert the text (after i’ve spellchecked it) into my post. Same for my e-mails, type in word then post into compose and then [

To be honest with you [?]
I lived there for 4 years, its only 5-6hrs from Perth, a Port city, with the wheatbelts and sheep farms etc outlying.
I’ve searched realestate.com myself and thought long and hard about the area, apart from the wind i like the place, rents and prices appear Ok, an earlier post suggested Greenough was a better area! Then again who knows, i tried a search on regional.wa but the commerce page wasn’t coming up?
Maybe somebody with a bit more first hand knowledge can help you out.[

“wow” lots of posts on everyones part, lots of laughs on my behalf [][][][][][][]As a kid my Grandfather owned a garage alongside his house and as very young kids we spent a fair bit of time there, my Dad found me one day in the carport “panelbeating” his car with a hammer..[
]Recently i got married and my son (Jos 5yrs) was the ring bearer, and a very excited one.. he had his walk down to a “t”. at the appropriate time the celebrant took him to the top of the limestone stairs ( huge garden wedding) she made the mistake of calling him Josh… wherein he corrected her “My names Jos”. he later asked her to hold his hand ” are you scared dear?” she asked “No, he replied, i’ve just never been here before!”
He was a hit at the wedding listening to people being introduced,introducing himself, resplendent in suit and crevat, shaking hands etc]
He got a watch for his part in the wedding, from Michelle (wife) she also gave a vow to him.
He took his watch to ‘show and tell’ at school explaining he got it for being the “bride-boy”, he also proceeded to show us at “every” oppurtunity the watch was waterproof ( having a shower when a small hand mysteriously pokes through the curtain and the waterproof qualities are shown “and” proved, ‘it’s waterproof to a hundred kilo’s” he explains.
it also glows in the dark he explained when being put to bed.. “if you want to know what time it is even in the middle of the night, youy can wake me up, and i will tell you” he said.
Kids… you gotta Love em[

Agree with Wilandel, make haste slowly!
Enjolady and other more experienced players (many many of them Right on this site )will still continue to do well..”but” they have the experience/know-how and planning to do so. i can imagine the hours and hours of research they have done to get to this stage.
begin your researching now, search the posts for the “Amazing” advice given by a lot of the forum readers and sites suggested by forumites[:0)] to conduct this research. Save your Dollar$, prepare your research and plans and be ready to take that deal when it crosses your path.
I’m thinking of trusts now after all that i’ve read here, seeing what the accountant has to say.

I Agree wholeheartedly..
Jenman probally isn’t without his faults, who amongst us isn’t [}
]But if he can promote ethics and achieve results in an industry with 2% confidence vote from the public.. good on him. every now and again you need someone to shake things up!
my impresion is he at least promotes paying real estate agents a wage not to survive on sales/bread/water alone.. thats a recipe to push your own agenda isn’t it.. you gotta put bread on the table.

]Also contact your local bank, they know they’re in for a fight and are pretty keen to get your business, they have in-house consulants who will come see you etc, the more $ you tie up with them the more they can offer you..AGREE wholeheatredly with the three quotes scenario… in most things you do. it gives you a bit of a clearer picture
just remember to look at the whole picture, extra repayments,exit fees etc.. compare apples with apples
