Why sell, why not later keep it as an IP and rent to another tenant?
By the way are you talking about buying a PPOR through a trust or selling your PPOR to the trust?

Agree, i’ve had no problems at all with contracts here in WA and faxing O&A paperwork.
do your research about what to include though, there is a great post ion this in the Forum..think it started with “subject to…”

Reading the West Australian on the weekend and noticed in the Property section that ALBANY has 10 new Millionaires in the Investors club and has over 200 members in a town of 30 000 people.
Would they have got there ‘without’ the Investors Club?

One thing ive found is that the better investors keep the Momentum going and make a move whilst others procrastinate..
We all knew about the US a while ago and WESTAN and others have ben talking the area up and offering advice and help (contact WESTAN if you’re still keen.)
