I was under the same impression as Simon re: The IP’s being ok and you can still get your FHOG.

What Suburb in Perth..
Winton A/C in Joondalup and Needhams (near Freo but travel all over) are both pretty good IMHO..ask for some quotes (most are free I’ve found) and get a few opinions..costs you nothing and you’ll probably feel better for it..

Will be turned into housing development blocks, i think only the oval will remain and some nature areas..4 buildings have already been bulldozed.
Part of a deal with WA Government for the land at Joondalup from memory..its been slowed down as they were supposed to be out of Churchlands in 2007 at the latest.
