Just thinking about a final inspection checklist that we have coming up and I’ve jotted down some notes today, can you think of anything else to add?

Water Pressure and seals in taps
Toilets all working properly
Reticulation

Cata would be the best person to answer, however, I thought the benefit of the HDT would be that you can distribute the income to the beneficiaries as you see fit. So your wife’s name as guarantor or on the loan shouldn’t be a problem??

Isn’t the intent to buy units in the trust with the money, then the trust purchases the property??

You loan from the bank, buy units in the trust, trust buys property, trust pays you back..?

I dont see the purpose in the trust itself borrowing the money rather than you borrowing it?

You then purchase units in the trust and the trust distributes income to you to repay the loan..

I saw them as well in WA, the price was around $2,700 from memory and they couldn’t help me with my loans as I already had the structure in place that they were advocating..

IMHO..you can do better yourself by researching the market etc, however, if you want someone to show you the rpoes..why not at least have a look..?
