I (and many others) think there is still room in the market to move upwards, there are still some great areas to buy in, you may just have to look around a bit harder..
There’s still a lot of infrastructure coming for Perth and WA is still on the move..maybe we should be looking at Matusiks.reverse ripple theory in a while?

WAAPA is at Mt Lawley (expensive) However; Morley is close by and has the large Galleria shopping complex. Dianella,Tuart Hill, Yokine, even Maylands (lots of units, close to river).
The bus goes right to the front door of WAAPA so anywhere is close..
Alexander Drive is the main rd for the area at WAAPA
