Turns out he bought one of the properties and the whole complex sold out within the day??

I was right with the $1,000 deposit and his first payment is 6.5% in April, then it is construction costs in stages with the complex to be finished before the years end (06)

I haven’t seen a trust deed but it has QC approval as a legitimate tax effective document.

I always get valuations done by three local REA’s as well (on all properties), prior to even looking at obtaining finance..this gives me ‘ball park’ figures

I have absolutely no loyalty to ‘any’ bank, they seem to be happy with this arrangement.
