I was under the understanding that beneficiaries didnt have to be specifically named on the trusts unlesss they are established as Principal Beneficiaries..and that yes as Principal Beneficiaries the kids may have to sign on the dotted line once over 18..
I would defer to Cata’s knowledge on this though..

I realise each bank is different, but there must be some ‘base’ calculation that I can use?

In My leveraging example you get 200% ROI on $100k
You buy an asset for $100,000 using $5,000 of your own money and $95,000 of someone else’s (a Bank) and it increases in value by 10% in the first year, yielding a paper profit of $10,000.
