I’m with Shwing..get a cover note at least now to cover yourself as its ambigious at best as to who has what interest in the property..Trees have fallen on houses during the period prior to settlement..dont assume its not your problem

You’re much better off getting your depreciation schedule done and getting your money now..I’ll leave the finer points to depreciator as to why you should be doing it now..as opposed to not doing it

Why such a Big Deposit?

The max I pay is $1,000 the Minimum I’ve done is $100?

As Long as Your Savings History is there you should be OK IMO..Plus, you’re both going for the loan..

Deposit doesnt go to the vendor but into the REA Trust account until Settlement by my understanding ;o)

Think Westpac used Roy Weston or one of the PERTH REA groups when we re-structured..IMO most valutions can be at least 10% of the Mark (remembering Banks err on the side of caution)
