    Hi all
    what about Mt Isa? there are good deals if you are looking for postive cashflow, dont know about capital gain, better pop etc than roseberry
    I have 1 IP there not for sale

    I was only putting my thoughts on the postcodes which is geradlton that meet the criteria
    API did not memtion any postcodes that is why I am asking what others think the postcodes are

    no rent
    no capital gains tax
    can use equity to buy PI

    thanks for the info, hopfully others will buy in that town and push prices up fro you
    to answer how many PI in one town as many as you can get that you can sleep at night with is my view, the important thing is to be happy with the outlook of the town

    thanks for your mail, I was up at the snow 2 hours away door to snow
    I live near Bega and Merimbula
    all this area 2 hours south of Batemans Bay
    had a massive increase in prices 2 years ago
    I have not looked at anything for that time, but I am strictly postive cashflow man, but this area
    is still a long way off from other coastal property prices
    My best bet and the place I think still has some more increse in price is Eden
    but there are areas you need to avoid
    As I am retire (due to my postive cashflow PI)
    I can look around if someone has a PI that they are interested in or better still come down
    you might like the place so much that you move here

    i love not wasting my timebeing somewhere that I was not enjoying and spending more time with my family. also to spend all the time I want thinking about PI.

    you can put your week into a bank and use it anytime
    as you aware I have left work so am looking and snowboarding down the mountian also getting into some surfing while looking after my portfilo
    what a job but someone has to do it

    I have 1 PI which is a cash cow but I would not buy any more as I am to cautious with the mine and all, I was lucky my PI was in a good area more luck than good management as I brought without going there
    as memtion ther as been a lot of interest in the place in the last year so you could be getiing the left overs so to speack

    Hi all
    Beachlands would be my pick as well, I have notice from my past PI that the cheaper places increase the most % wise. There are still good streets in Rangway, but you would have to have a look or get someone to look for you as I found some streets are OK while others are a bit rought.
    what ever, Geraldton is moving where all the places that I have been looking are not

    I have invested in Geradlton and visited the place
    and was impress
    I invested in tasmainia 12 moths ago and Geradlton has the same vibe
    all the locals could not see what is in front of them
    I brought in kenndy crs and if you think that was like a war zone, please it was no were near as bad as some streets in redfern
    I think the fact if is on the coast and all the money being spend by govt is a real indication that Geraldton is going to improve a lot more before people relise there is an winning right under their feet
    I am still buying in Geraldton beacause i belive there is still bargins to be had, I surpose time will tell, but the same gut feeling and research that I have used to good effect in the past tells me there is still more upward movement there
