Gday Mark76g,
So what are you looking for? do u specifically want property deals, or are you also open to other opportunity to other business'?
Gday gpl,
WOW!, what a great position to be in, u have quite a lot of equity to get started, my advice would be to attend a few seminars and learn from the experts, not the real estate agents. the best seminar i attended is a company called think and grow rich, they touch on a range of wealth creation speakers. That is where i started and have found some amazing opportunities through not only seminars, but the people you meet that also attend. Ive also heard great things about steve mcknights seminars he runs as well. There is plenty around. All the best with it!

Gday Naomi,
I would think a coat of paint and maybe improve the garden to get it looking better! maybe spend some time in the bathroom and kitchen as well, although they can get a bit expensive. You can pick up some very cheap basins and fittings at auctions in brisbane which is near you!
Good luck!
Gday Matt,
its a personal choice obviously, but i would be looking at doing a investing course, some form of eductaion relating to investing rather than be a real estate agent if thats what you were getting at?? There are some really good educational courses on property investing around by some very succesful guys!
Gday doublek!!
Sounds like the way to go from my experience, i know what its like to have credit card debt hanging over your head, i agree with the first reply that you should use some equity to pay off the credit cards, then cut them up, or lower the limit. I have been through a similar thing, and its hard to sleep at night worring how you are going to pay them back!!! if you are looking for alternatives maybe try and set up a line of credit and pay them with that??? just a thought!
