Gday Naomi,I would think a coat of paint and maybe improve the garden to get it looking better! maybe spend some time in the bathroom and kitchen as well, although they can get a bit expensive. You can pick up some very cheap basins and fittings at auctions in brisbane which is near you!Good luck!

Gday Matt,its a personal choice obviously, but i would be looking at doing a investing course, some form of eductaion relating to investing rather than be a real estate agent if thats what you were getting at?? There are some really good educational courses on property investing around by some very succesful guys!
