By managing real estate, do you mean Department of Housing ? As it is a housing commission

Well thats what I want to know, how can I find out the status of the property (i.e. will it be given to new tenants or sold)?

The house is situated in Doonside and the land is roughly 560m2, the house is a 3-bedroom brick veneer with standard finishes (there are minor damages both internally/externally).
