I know people who have used IC and have been happy, but I do feel that the people at the Clubs you talk to don’t know much about investing.
I do know of another family company that seems to offer excellent service for buying negatively geared properties. They give you all the due dilligence on the areas, they give you a financial sheet showing you exactly how much a property will cost you weekly, and they complete your tax form to claim your deductions weekly (used to be called a 1515 or 221D).
