If I could find a lawyer who knew anything about options in VIC I think my problems would be solved. This is proving quite a task.

Wealth4lifeI rang peter and he was not to sure about the VIC laws, he was going to chase it up for me. It appears that using an option in VIC, you are sill liable for stamp duty!jhk31could you please explain a Heads of Agreement ?
