The subject line is about nothing down strategies. How do your comments/posts help other forum members in regards to ND strategies? They don’t! They’re simply a waste of time! [angry2]

Why not contact the council first and find out if any major projects are planned for the place?

If there’s something on the horizon like a high speed railway, etc then it might improve again….

My gut instinct however based on your information would be to sell and find a better town.

Great to hear that’s it’s done and legal. Why would I have to pay stamp duty? Isn’t stamp duty only payable when the title is transfered in the stamp duties office? I won’t be transferring title to my name….
