Thanks for the report Steve, do you recommend to stick to the fort myers area, where prices are still low, but in a more reliable location taht has more potential for capital growth.Can i ask, are you investing in single family homes or duplexs there?

JudithDo you think Lehigh acres is not the best area to invest in? Not much potential for capital growth?
