    well described crashy,
    I notice also couple of people are saying to buy -ve property.
    I think people can buy +ve cash flow and capital growth both in the property if find hard.

    I think if tech guy want they can transfer old database into new database. But they are changing the platform also from ASP to PHP so might be some problem. another option they can do put this old forum in archive so we can read but can’t post here.
    lets hope we won’t lose all this valuable information

    Hi All,

    I went to NII 3-4 hours seminar couple of month ago. After that they asked me to come to their office for consultation. And in that these people keep on asking me to join their course for 15k ( that time it was for that much I heared now it’s more expensive) same day. When I said I will think and get back to them they were not interested letting me go without signing the papers they keep on introducing me to all their people in the building and pressuring me. Some how I manage to get out from their.

    And now you can news about them every where.

    Yes he teaches wraps. I get his advertising material every month in mail and emails. his product also about teaching and doing the wrap deals. I think his website is http://www.positivecashflow.com.au/

    now I am going home from office early for TT and ACA [:)].

    I will record the TT because ACA got also something about the property.

    couple of my friends can’t see TT ( because they will be at work or in train to home) so I thought of recording that. Instead of watching live that. [:)]

    Newbie = post 1-4 NO Star

    One Star = post 10 to 49

    Two Golden Stars = post 50 to 109

    Three Stars = post 110 to 499 and Silver member

    Four Stars = 500+ (Only Terryw is in this category I guess )

    “Administrator” or “Moderator” depending on other Moderator or Admin (Including Steve) and I think they do depending on your experience(and willingness to help other) in answering forum topic not depends on number of post because one can have 200+ post just by asking questions.

    New Moderator is richmond ( post less then 200 )

    Two point but just guess

    1) If some has 100+ proeprty I don’t think he/she can manage them self.

    2) If some one buying every where not close to place where they live then can’t be manage by your self.

    You guys put this post in the morning around 4am WOW! didn’t sleep ?

    I also learn the same thing which Andrew saying..

    If you put down 20% deposits on positive cashflow properties then in theory you can go on borrowing forever…………

    I think alf making right point but only in short term it will be good or if you are not keep on buying IP.

    Here is my Guess for STARS..

    Newbie = post 1-4 NO Star

    It would take her years before she can learn to spell her name.

    Grandaughter hasn’t come yet. Her name will be Kahukura.
    Have to watch out though, Steve might collect all the good bits and publish a book on the humour coming down the line.

    Hi All,

    I am Amit 28 year old (Single). Reading and learning about IP for the last 6 month(attended lot’s of 3-4 hours and one 3 days seminar). And now ready to start. Me and my friend will be doing together we just finalise structure to buy IP ( Big thanks to all who answered my silly questions regarding structure ).
    Short term goal is to create at least $10K(per year) passive income by the end of year. Which we think is not very difficult. I keep on informing how I am going with my goals.
