I just used ez-rent with your numbers quickly and and come up with 8k+ cash flow after cash. When it’s saying annual loss in negative it mean that +ve cash flow. Please try to put numbers again. I think it’s good deal.

I notice also couple of people are saying to buy -ve property.
I think people can buy +ve cash flow and capital growth both in the property if find hard.
I think if tech guy want they can transfer old database into new database. But they are changing the platform also from ASP to PHP so might be some problem. another option they can do put this old forum in archive so we can read but can’t post here.
