    As a beginner I also had the same problem with abbreviations. Hence, I have collected and put together all abbr.I could found.
    I don’t think I could post it here.
    Should it be of any help to you just email me and I’ll send it to you.

    And if somebody could add the missing abbreviations to the list that would be great!

    Bill,

    it’s really interesting to see those statistical figures re. vacancy rates. It still goes up and down allthough there’s a tendency to go up.
    Let’s see what impact the interest rate rise will have and what the next statistics will show.
    Inner Brisbane has the second highest vacancy rate
    due to oversupply of apartments/units lately I suppose. A reminder for city apartment investors?
    But the demand for Student apartments in the CBD and near the Universities is still strong (very popular for overseas students)

    following Huey’s example I’ll add another $100.- to the fund raising for your VN project although I haven’t got one IP yet. The Kids over there need the money more then I do.

    Yes, as a mentor Bill has tought me a lot about Investing in Properties without expecting anything back. I’m also very grateful for that.

    To be able to help other people and to give his knowledge to other people in the need….I’m sure it gives him not only satisfaction but also happiness in life! The rewards will surely come by itself.

    Not many people are like Bill nowadays. It’s unusual in the current world and that’s why some people are suspecious which again is understandable.

    I think it’s never wrong to help other people in life, what ever it is. The more one could forget his/her own interest the healthier one becomes.

    Apart from the IP Business, Bill, I’m glad to have you as a mate!

    But please, there’s no need to argue about the above topic. Let’s be professional and respect each other opinion.

    The building is located in the centre of the city, about 500 meters from the University complex and is only occupied by students (mainly from overseas). So location wise it’s excellent.
    There’s a choice of 7 Apartments, ranging from $80,000 – $140,000, returning up to $14,000

    Allthough it looks very good my concerns are as follows:
    – The apartments have been advertised for a few
    weeks. Why hasn’t anybody bought it?
    – As you said Bill, I might be buying a hotel
    room rather then an apartment. It might be
    operated as a hotel, I still have to find that
    out
    – A friend told me that the rooms are very small,
    so it could be that it’s less then 25 m2. And
    as you mentioned Peter, I wonder if I could get
    finance from the Bank
    – Capital gain and the possibilty to resell it in
    the future

    Steve, I would appreciate if you could go a little more into detail about the 3 points you mentioned, especially point 2.
    I’m still in a learning process at the moment you see.

    Me again,

    I forgot to ask you, is it allright if I attached a Public Toilet to the Bus Stop Shelter to increase the value?
    I could charge say $1.- from every user. It’s an additional income. I have think about the toilet paper, probably BYO?

    Hi Bill,

    besdides the 4 that I bought, I know somebody who is very keen to buy a few as well but hasn’t got the capital.
    Question, is it possible to wrap it?
    Secondly about the insurance, I’ve asked an Insurance Company and the answer was they are not prepared to cover it!!!
    Thirdly, do I need a PM?
