I believe Jaffa ment to say avatar. An Avatar is an image representing a user in a
multi-user virtual reality or online community. the term avatar also has links to incarnations of vishnu. (spent waaaay to much time studying miscellaneous debris). no offence intended jaffa.

    Hi Misty,

if you look to the left hand side of this page, you wil notice the members button. Click this button, and it will reveal a set of options below it.

One of the options that will appear below the Members button will be “My Profile”.

Click on the “My Profile” button. This will bring up your general member details. At the top of this page, you will notice an “Edit Profile” button as mentioned by Jaffa.

Scroll down this page, and you should notice two points of interest. The first is the Signature panel. A signature is the automatic text that appears at the bottom of every message you send. If you enter some text into the signature panel, it will appear at the bottom of all of your messages.

The second point is the avatar.

The avatar section will initially show no image, but if you click on one of the items in the list – say Animaniacs002, then a picture will be displayed to the right hand side of the text. Scroll through the list, clicking on one of the items to refresh the picture. Pick the one you like, and then save your changes by clicking the submit button.

    Hope that this helps,

    Cheers

    Mel,

Thanks so much for your response. The idea resulted from an “i wonder if” scenario, so i didn;t have high hopes. Your positive input has at least given me a different avenue to pursue.

    Cheers,

    Al

    Robert,

Thanks for the advice. I have done a bit of hunting and found that the SRO cover the administration of the FHOG in Victoria. I am going to give them a call in the morning and find out what the deal is.

There is a plan afoot. I guess that I am in the process of conducting a feasibility study on it. If not feasible, then plenty more ideas where that came from.

    Cheers

there appears to be more to this fhog thing than first anticipated.

I did a bit of hunting on the firsthome.gov.au, and got swamped with the pages and pages of regulations.

I did manage to grab the number for the SRO (Vic) so I am going to give them a call tomorrow and see if I can get some questions answered.

    cheers

That sounds like a great idea. I too am still at the learning stage, but would be quite interested in attending.

If you would be so kind as to post the details, that would be great.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Sorry, there is the intention to live in this property for at least 6 months prior to renting it out.

    Thanks
