This is not something that can be answered as a rule. It depends on what State, building type etc etc. The cost on the Gold Coast would be way different to the cost in Brisbane and the cost in the country could be more or less depending on trades costs which can be higher due to availability. Travel, accomodation and materials transport may need to be factored in.
Try putting butts into a jar half filled with water. Everytime you feel you must have a smoke, shake the jar up, open and have a real good whiff. Should turn you right off. I believe it takes 21 days to change a habit. Try to last that long and you will notice that things start to smell better and you can actually breathe deeply. Me, I was lucky. Fell pregnant, nearly lost my baby, gave up smokes and never started again.
For the first time I agree with Rebecca.[^] Seven probably could have worded his post a little better but I’d be fairly peeved too if I called at a “suite” in my area and found that it was not a suite at all. The perception of having a physical office is a great comfort to prospective clients. How often to we hear of folk sending money to a post box and never seeing the product purchased?
Hilary, by the smileys I think Michael was replying a little tongue in cheek. Lets hope so and remember that it is the season to be jolly and nearly all of us are operating on short fuses. Christmas is a very special time of year, regardless of whether for a religious reason or just as a time to think nice thoughts and to make a special effort at showing kindness and tolerance to others. One of the Spec home builders in WA has an idea that Super should be used for a one off purchase but if the property is sold the super portion needs to be re-paid to the fund together with interest at the current rate. Not a bad idea in my opinion.
My Bank Manager thinks there will not be an interest rate rise. Personal borrowings are up around 7% of earnings same as in the 80s when we had very high interest rates. He just doesn’t think the economy can afford another rise just now. Hope he is right.
