This is helping me a lot. Ryan I do not mind at all. So basically what you are all saying is that I can switch my loan to an interest only loan even though I will still be living there for a while until we find the right place and by the time that settles and we build etc…?CheersPri-

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for your advice. Everything makes more sense now. Will be in touch with my lender to see what they say. Would you recommend having both loans with the same lender or does it really depend on what we are after?Thank heaps everyone

Hi j900,Well we have been trying to find a fairly cheap block of land and we bought ours for $140K for a 500square metres now they sell for $300K+.
