    AM fm melb and closely looking at investing in Adelaide on IP towards small developments raising value.
    Let me know if a group is formed or etc.

    I am ballarat based and I have invested on small scale in Ballarat.
    This town is growing from what i am seeing since last 4 years.
    Because of melb 2030 plan there is an increase in students and certainly good for investment. From what i see low to medium price there is a good opportunity to invest.
