my idea is much like JapanScott’s. i went and bought one of those shitty money tins from a $2 shop and everyday when i came home from school any change(not notes) i would wack in the tin. it filled up within a couple of months and i was so suprised when i opened it and found there was over 400 bucks in there! all i would have done with that money is frit it away on little things, and now i had $400

i’m 18 myself and i was just wondering what uni course you were doing. at the start of this year i was doing Property Economis at UWS but that was so dry and boring it was killing me[xx(]. i am now at tafe doing my certificate 4 in real estate and loving it.[]

im a full time student at tafe doing my certificate 4 in real estate. i am one day hoping to get into PI and so at the moment i am learning the ins and outs of the industry i am loving my course and cant wait to get out there and get into some hands on stuff. maybe you might see me handling one of your properties one day as a property manager. who knows?
hey guys, yeh i have read it and it is a great book. like you i couldnt put it down and i love all the ideas the book has. i am a student doing real estate at TAFE so i can learn more about real estate in hope that one day i will become a real estate investor. i’m loving the course and learning heaps. i have also started to read the third rich dad poor dad, whiich is RD’s guide to investing.
