Hi All, I’d just like to say how amazing today was also & though I’m dead tired, I am determined to do my homework of three posts not just cos It’s set as homework but to reconnect with fellow investors & not be an island aha & to cement what I’ve learnt or test it by trying to teach others aha &/or give back to the universe/karma by helping others aha

PS I’m also very impressed with new & clever improvements to the website which I have an appreciation for after doing the Robert Allen course in Sydeny last year…I love how key words are highlighted after the post goes thru which leads to the relevant resource link inadvertantly mentioned – plus little extra adds here & there

Haven’t been to NZ either but I’ve done lots of backpacking in my time. I think anything that cracks people up. A name that becomes the buzz around NZ & OS because of the name, the character of the place, the owner & of course the impeccable service….Believe me word spreads fast amongst backpackers with this kind of formulaDoesn’t Rotarowa smell like rotten eggs, maybe you could find the mauri word for sweet smelling & plant lavender or jasmin or nice smelling roses down the entrance path as people arrive & have insense or oil burners burning inside or the smell of cooking bread, cakes &/or coffee which you would sell…when I backpacked I loved home cooked stuff at hostels instead of all the packet stuff you eat…(just a crazy idea)
I just had another idea, when I was in Peru in ’99 went to Machu Pucchu (like every tourist) but also stayed in little town at mountain base called aqua callientus (meaning hot water) You could use that or the Mauri version or Mauri for hot mud or something…hope this helps

bye for now positivewizHi, just wanted to let you know, I did the Masterclass in Melb today which in a nutshell was excellent. I recommend you do the class ASAP like when it’s in Brisbane or at least read both Steve’s books, especially his latest cos the mappers are very inspiring (not to mention Steve). To do any or all of this at the minimum, you will then be educated that profits are made not found, so where you buy becomes irrelevant, because they can be found everywhere, so go for it… Don’t limit yourself to a particular area, a particular strategy, or a particular property type. Let the above recommendation be the can opener to open your mind to the multitude of positive CF deals to be created. Happy problem finding & solution creating…Positivewiz[biggrin]
