G’day,
I have a cousin who is a totally amazing person. She has recovered from a bad situation which left her homeless a year ago as well as have have a remission in her illness and has pretty much re-built her life back. With regard to the “Property Bubble”, regardless of what happens in the rest of the world, the demand still exists in Australia for property. The only thing I can see (in my limited viewpoint) with regard to property price drops would be the removal of all home buyer assistance packages (Federal/State) and an increase in stamp duty.
